About Stephanie

Stephanie and George FarahI have been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and it’s one of my main passions in life! I started young, working out in the gym as a teen and then prepared for my first bodybuilding competition as a Senior in High School. I have continued to compete in Natural Bodybuilding competitions to help me stay healthy and focused. I have always been naturally motivated to exercise and make healthy food choices, so the next step was to pass that enthusiasm on to others by becoming a certified personal trainer in 2004.

I have a non-traditional approach to training and enjoy working outside of the commercial gym atmosphere, one on one with each of my clients. I believe you can do a lot with very little equipment, because it’s all about the intensity! I am a Psychology Major with a Minor in Health and Fitness Leadership at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and am a Master Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT).

I am also First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.

I have experience working with men and women of all ages and specialize in natural physique contest prep, strength training, fat loss, flexibility training, endurance training, sports nutrition, speed, agility and quickness training and injury prevention. My innovative programs are tailored to your unique needs and I help you define, commit to and attain your goals to help you live a better life. It’s important to me that I instill confidence and inspiration in each and every person that I have the honor of working with. My clients are my friends and are often the source of my own motivation. I believe in presenting challenges that will bring you to new levels with your health and fitness endeavors for the rest of your life.
