Small group personal training offers a host of benefits for the beginner to the seasoned bodybuilder. The focus is all on you and a select group of five other like-minded people. No more waiting to use the equipment, sweaty benches and noisy stressful gym atmospheres. You always have someone at your side offering insight, clarification and support. Where there are no distractions, there are no excuses.
We specialize in teaching the fundamentals of strength training using free weights so you become comfortable in any gym atmosphere. We help you establish a basic understanding of fat loss and how to make appropriate changes to your diet to facilitate your goals and we teach you how to incorporate mobility training (including traditional methods of stretching as well as foam rolling and dynamic stretching) into your life to help you move better, improve your posture and live pain free.
Our innovative programs are tailored to your unique needs and I assist you in defining, committing to and attaining your goals to help you live a better life. It's important to me that I instill confidence and motivation in each and every person I have the privilege of working with. My clients are my friends and are often the source of my own motivation. I believe in presenting challenges that will bring you to new levels with your health and fitness endeavors.
We're not interested in quick fixes, gimmicks or fads. Figarelle's Fitness is all about hard work, sweat and keeping it real with you. Getting into great shape may honestly be one of the most difficult things you will ever do- physically as well as psychologically. If price is your main concern, our program is not for you. If you're only interested in working out "once in awhile" and have no interest in committing yourself to hard work and accountability, our program is not for you. And if you're unable to show up on time, frequently cancel sessions or if you're a chronic excuse maker- our program is definitely not for you.

· Co-ed Group Fitness Boot Camp classes (Tuesday at 6pm, Wednesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 4:30pm & 6pm, and Saturdays at 9:30am and 11am each week).
