I specialize in natural bodybuilding contest prep, strength training, fat loss, flexibility training, endurance training, sports nutrition, speed, agility and quickness training and injury prevention.

My innovative programs are tailored to your unique needs and I help you define, commit to and attain your goals to help you live a better life. It's important to me that I instill confidence and inspiration in each and every person that I have the pleasure of working with. My clients are my friends and are often the source of my own motivation. I believe in presenting challenges that will bring you to new levels with your health and fitness endeavors.

I have a non-traditional approach to training and enjoy working outside of the commercial gym atmosphere, one on one with each of my clients. I believe you can do a lot with very little equipment, because it’s all about the intensity!
